How can I change a product that is faulty or damaged?

If you have received a faulty gift, please send us photos or a video showing the product defect. We'll then inform the courier company, which will collect it, and as soon as we receive it, we'll be able to send you an identical new one or cancel the order and refund you the corresponding number of Shells if you no longer want the gift.

In any case, we'll need you to provide us with an address, date and three-hour timeslot for the courier company to collect the faulty gift.

You'll also need to place the gift in its original packaging, because otherwise we won't be able to return it to the supplier and send you a new one or refund your Shells.
